v171 & 172 - August 27, 2026 Update

Release 172 brings product barcode scanning to Money. Staff can now scan a standard UPC code in the Product Search to automatically add configured products to the shopping cart.

Telehealth has been updated to allow invitation emails to be sent up to a week ahead of telehealth appointments.

Release Highlights

Send Telehealth Link Ahead of Appointments

With Release 172 invitations to Telehealth visits now remain active for 7 days after the invitation link is sent. This allows your practice to send invitations up to a week before the scheduled appointment.

This change can also allow the patient or provider to refresh their connection to Telehealth by opening a new browser tab and reconnecting.

Any user may send telehealth invitations to patients, however only users with the Telehealth permission will be able to connect to sessions.

Product Barcode Scanning

Money now supports adding products to the shopping cart by scanning a standard UPC code.
