Release Highlights

Reschedule Appointments Across Calendars

With Release 162 it is now possible to reschedule appointments from one provider to another without having to open the appointment for editing. This can be accomplished using either the Reschedule option when right-clicking appointments or through dragging and dropping the appointment between columns.

New Permission - View Scans and Documents

A new permission has been added to allow users to view scans and documents separately from editing them. This provides read-only access for users who do not need to make changes, improving control and security.

This new permission will not change pre-existing access. Users with the pre-existing "Forms, Scans, and Faxes" permission will automatically be granted the permission to view scans and documents. Permissions can be adjusted by going to Practice > Admin > Doctors and Staff > hovering over a user and clicking the Key icon.

Rotate Multiple Photos 90 Degrees

Photos that are taken in horizontal mode can be rotated from the More button. This feature can be used to quickly rotate multiple photos after importing from a camera or your computer.

New Setting - Hide/Show Photo Consent Status on Patient Summary

The Photo Consent status added to the Patient Summary in Version 161 can be hidden using a new setting. This setting is located in Practice > Settings > Patients > Patient Settings.

The setting to show/hide the photo consent status is global and will impact all users in your office. After changing this setting, users will need to reload 4D EMR by refreshing their browser for the change to be reflected.

New Integration -  Crisalix

Crisalix is the world's leading 3D & 4D Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality medical aesthetic imaging & business solution, providing simulations for aesthetic treatments such as breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, body contouring, etc. With Crisalix, you can show your patients a simulation of their potential new body in VR and AR to help answer common questions during the consultation.
