Patients Pay Automatically on a Schedule
A membership charges the patient on a recurring basis.
- The charge can happen monthly, quarterly, yearly, or one‑time.
- Payments are automatically taken from the card the patient has on file.
- The payment continues until the membership reaches the set end date.
Example:
A patient pays $99 every month for 12 months.
Patients Get Services Issued Automatically
When a patient pays for their membership, the system gives them the services included in that membership — called Packages.
Think of Packages as “buckets” of services.
These get added to the patient’s account automatically and may include things like:
- Monthly facials
- Units of neurotoxin
- Laser sessions
The practice chooses what’s inside each membership package.
Services May Renew or Expire
Packages inside a membership can:
- Renew (refill the patient’s allowance each month/quarter/year)
- Expire (unused items disappear after a set time)
- Or never expire (stay available until used or removed)
Example:
A “Glow Membership” may include
1 facial per month that expires after 30 days.
If the patient skips a month, they lose that facial when it expires.
Memberships Make Billing and Tracking Automatic

- Payments bill automatically
