v157&158 - February 5, 2026 Update

Releases 157 and 158 include several quality-of-life features that have been highly requested. Included a new setting to default patient phone numbers as mobile, InstAnnounce group chats, additional customizations for TEPE, and a new integration with Romea.ai.

Release Highlights

New Setting - Default Phone Type to Mobile

A new setting has been added to Practice > Settings > Patients > Patient Settings to configure the default phone type as mobile.

InstAnnounce Group Chats

InstAnnounce Group chats allow you to create chat groups. Members of a chat group can send and receive messages in the group. All messages sent to the group are visible to all members of the group.

TEPE Customization - Patient Sex

The question prompting patients to enter their sex can now be customized to display any verbiage needed. You can edit the verbiage by going to Practice > Settings > Patients > Portal Settings. Your chosen wording will display on the Health Information Form.

It is now possible to integrate 4D EMR with your Romea.ai account.
