v159 - February 23, 2026 Update

Release 159 adds a new Arrival Time notification setting that allows reminders to reflect an adjusted arrival time up to 60 minutes earlier, along with a new Revenue by Staff report showing earned and unearned income by staff member.

Release Highlights

Notification Setting - Arrival Time

The appointment time of notifications can be adjusted to reflect an earlier arrival time by up to 60 minutes. This setting will override the appointment time with the adjusted time in all appointment date/time merge fields used in the appointment notification.

New Report - Revenue by Staff

The Revenue by Staff report shows a snapshot of all income generated by a staff member, including earned and unearned revenue. The totals in this report will change over time as prepayments are applied to charges.
