Release 152 brings a handful of new features based on your feedback, along with some behind-the-scenes improvements to keep things running smoothly.

Release Highlights

Change Selected Custom Payment Method

It is now possible to update the payment method for payments that were made using custom payment methods such as Alpheon or Care Credit. This allows you to correct payments that were made using the wrong method without having to void and re-enter the payment.

It is not possible to update the payment method of payment made using cash, check, gift card or credit card.

Hide Patient Name on Financial Reports

Many financial reports have been updated to include new options to hide or show patient names and IDs. These options allow you to export a HIPAA-friendly version of reports for the purpose of sharing with accountants or consultants.

Zoom In/Out of Schedule

An earlier version of 4D EMR added the ability to zoom in/out on the schedule by clicking and dragging on the timeline. Based on your feedback, we have now added a scrollbar to the top of the schedule. Use this scrollbar to increase or decrease the size of appointments making it easier to see more appointments or more appointment details as needed.
