<li>Go to the Media &gt; Photos page of the Patient's chart

<li>Click Import to open the Upload Photos dialogue</li>
<li>Click + Select a File</li>
<li>Select the Import source:

<li>Select 'Take Photo' to use the built-in camera in your mobile device to take a new photo and import into the Patient's Chart.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Select 'Photo Library' to use a photo saved on your mobile device</li>
</ol>

<li>Take a new photo or select a saved photo and click Upload</li>
</ol>

 1. Go to the Media > Photos page of the Patient's chart
