<p>The OpenPM integration requires that claim providers in 4D be mapped to corresponding billing/claim providers in OpenPM.&nbsp; If a claim is synced in OpenPM for a provider who is not mapped, the integration will create a new provider in OpenPM.<br><br></p>
<h2>Mapping the Provider to Open PM</h2>
<ol>
<li>Go to Practice &gt; Billing &gt; Settings &gt; OpenPM Mappings &gt; Staff</li>
<li>Enter the Openpm id for any providers needed for claim creation</li>
