Save/Move Community Templates to Local Forms Library
The 4D EMR Community Library contains free templates available to your practice. Templates in the Community Library come from a variety of sources such as 4D EMR clients, employees, or public free-access libraries.
Importing Community Templates
4D EMR Community Templates are available in the Practice > Charting > Forms Library. In order to use a Community Template it must be imported into your database.
To Import Community Templates into your database:
- Go to Practice > Charting > Forms Library

- Click on the Open icon in the Community Section of the File Toolbar to view the consents and forms available in the Community.

- Open the consent or form to be imported.
- Click on Save As and save the form to the desired folder in your database.
Contributing Template to the Community Library
If you have a Template you would like to contribute to the Community Library please follow these steps to submit it.
- Go to Practice > Charting > Forms Library
- Open the Template
- Remove any copyrighted and patient information from the template and save any changes.
- Click on the Contirbute Button in the File Toolbar

- Fill out the Submission Form and click Submit
