360 Payments: Consecutive Credit Card Transactions are Denied

Question: When processing multiple back-to-back credit card transactions through 360 Payments any transaction after the first are automatically denied. Why and how do I avoid this?

Solution:  This is a security feature built into the 360 Interface to prevent against accidentally charging a card twice for the same transaction.  The security feature requires that there be a period of 5-10 minutes between each transaction. 

This security feature cannot be disabled.  It is recommended to add all charges to the cart at once to avoid being unable to quickly process a patient's payment.
