Two Factor Authentication can now be enabled for 4D EMR Users! Two Factor Authentication will work with the Authenticator mobile application of your choosing such as Authy, 2FA, Google Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator and many others.
To enable Two Factor Authentication for your login, access My Settings by clicking onyour username in the top-right navigation menu then click My Settings.
Clicking Two Factor Authentication will display a QR code. This QR code can be scanned by the Authentication application of your choice. After scanning the QR code you will be given a 6-digit authentication code to enter into 4D EMR.
Once Two Factor Authentication is enabled you will be prompted for a new 6-digit authentication code when logging into 4D EMR.
Two Factor Authentication can be disabled for your account by going to My Settings, clicking on Two Factor Authentication and then Disable.
